If for whatever reason you are not happy with your hair piece - we offer a full refund for any hair system unused and in the original packaging within 30 days.

All hair systems are tested by our quality control department before being sent to you. In the exceptional case you receive a faulty item you must return the item within 10 days so we can investigate the hair system.
